BEHINEH SABZ Group in committed to design, fabricate, and supply mini-plants for down stream units in the petrochemical industry in ASSALUYEH and KHUZISTAN Complexes. These plants may range from a light packaged mobile unit for offshore glycol regeneration to a more rugged plants for production of heavily formulated chemicals such as Vitamin E.
Mini-plants are most feasible for investment in these two outstanding feed stock rich areas. They are economical, highly profitable, and low in operation and maintenance costs. Delivery lead time is as low as 12 months in most cases.

A special management system know as DMS developed internally and based on utilization of sophisticated computer programming techniques, ensures that every single task pertaining to a large project, regardless of its size or complexity, is accomplished at the right time with the right procedure and control while minimizing the effects of variable human factors.
Raw material stored in BEHINEH SABZ warehouses are sufficient for fabrication of most static equipments required for at least three large scale refineries or petrochemical plants. As a minimum stock, 10,000 tons of raw materials such as plates, tubes, pipes, flanqes, fittinqs, and forged circular blanks are stored for normal conditions and use. Elliptic dished heads in thickness from 8 to 15 mm and diameter from 300 to 2000 mm in carbon steels and stainless steels arc also stocked. These materials cover the range of alloys normally required for process plant equipments. Alloys in stock are PV quality carbon steel low to high temperature service, extra low carbon stainless steels, brasses, special stainless steels, high nickel alloys, copper nickels, and MONEL.
